Zu viele Verbindungsprobleme, sowohl mit Bluetooth, als auch mit den Severn. Teilweise werden Farten registriert, ausgewertet und gehen dann wieder verloren. Während ich im ersten Jahr der Nutzung mit der App noch viel gespart habe, funktioniert sie mittlerweile einfach nicht mehr zuverlässig.
Wenn es mit dem Dot verbindet, funktioniert es ganz gut, aber 1-4 Mal im Monat fängt die App an beim Aufnehmen immer abzustürzen. Dann muss man den gesamten Speicher löschen und neu mit dem Dot verbinden, was gerne auch mal 10 Minuten dauert. Dieses Verhalten hat sich auch durch neuere Handys und Androidversionen nicht geändert. Wenn ein anderes Handy mit eingeschaltetem Bluetooth im Auto ist, geht es auch gar nicht.
Stupid app, will not give me results of my ride
Worked perfectly for a month, I even received the promised 10% of the premium back after the first 100 km; but suddenly it stopped working. The customer service in the hotline can't find a solution even when 2 new versions of the App have been already released and the team has made sure that all settings and configurations are set as required. 2 months have passed without the possibility to get a rating so most likely my chances of getting the 30% of the premium are gone. Disappointing.
It works, but that's only a first impression. What I'm missing are buttons to start or end the recent trip. You can only snooze the app for some time, but you can't start or stop recording by yourself. That would be great. 03/24/22 EDIT Says "No connection possible", but WiFi and mobile Data are available. Trips are still recorded, but there's no way to get to the logbook anymore.
Ich würde gern null Sterne geben, aber das geht leider nicht. Die Hälfte meiner Fahrten wird nicht aufgezeichnet bzw. nicht ausgewertet (besonders dann, wenn ich in einem Parkhaus starte/ende...). Bisher half der 'Trick', die App vor jeder Fahrt neu zu installieren. Laut Support darf weder Bluetooth noch Location Tracking deaktiviert werden - auch nicht während der 23h/Tag, wenn ich das Auto gar nicht nutze. Seit heute kein Login in der App mehr möglich.
Die meiste Zeit funktioniert die App nicht oder kann sich nicht mit dem Fahrzeug verbinden. Es ist eine absolute Zumutung und hat definitiv Überwachungscharakter, was man der App alles an Zugriffen gewähren muss (Bluetooth, Standort, Internet, ... ). Die App verbraucht außerdem Unmengen an Akku, was auch an den ganzen zu aktivierenden Diensten liegt... Zudem ist die Fahrtaufzeichnung oft willkürlich. Absolut unerklärlich, wie man für ein und dieselbe Strecke zwischen 56 und 94% bekommen kann

Seit ca 1 woche ist bei mir nur noch ein withescreen und die anderen wie finde mein auto lädt überhaupt nicht mehr Bitte fixen
It works great, when it works. Most of the time my routes are not recorded as it says that it did not find a Bluetooth and my BT is ON + application is showing that it is on and that it is connected to drive dot, but still discarding my routes after I finish driving for some reason.
